I took a couple of months off from creating these and found out something… I still like making them and I am not as fast after that time off! I really enjoyed a lot of these titles and some were new to me. Some vintage Sesame Street was needed- the Raise Your Hand song will be played in my lessons. A lot. Happy Back to School, friends.
I have to admit that I enjoy making winter bitmoji rooms the MOST. I mean, I actually looked forward to editing my bitmoji’s outfit for winter weather. I really need a vacation in real winter weather! Click on the image to get a copy of the google slide that you can use to make your own copy and edit. Add these to Schoology, share for extension time…whatever works for you! I also have a google drawing file you can pair with the Sweater Slide to have students practice using the shape tool to create a sweater design. Each room has links to read alouds, themed poems, drawing activities and more!
My family is full of Star Wars nerds, we watched the original films over and over. We watched them at the $1 movie on weekends, on VHS with popcorn at home, and reluctantly tried the “new” movies as they came out. I don’t think my dad will ever watch all of the newest films, but here’s to hope. To celebrate this year I made this choice board (using Google slides) for elementary students. I spent way too much time on the sticker board from Disney, it is adorable! Click the image for the linked web version. #geekon
